翻訳したら（といっても、自動文字起こしで得た英文に句読点をそれらしい箇所で追加して、DeepLに丸投げするだけなんだけど）まあ、アジェンダ21という計画が怖ろしい代物であることが判りました。発案者は誰か？ 間違いなくDSですよね。
